The Assistant Manager plays a key role in supporting the Repair Centre Manager in the daily operations of the repair center. This role helps ensure smooth workflow, customer satisfaction, staff coordination, and operational efficiency. If you have a minimum 5 years of experience writing comprehensive estimates, have experience working with insurance companies and have a deep understanding of the collision industry, we want to hear from you!
The successful candidate can expect to earn up to $120,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities:
- Write complete and accurate repair estimates including repair planning and supplements
- Assist in managing daily operations of the body shop, ensuring production goals are met.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team.
- Monitor repair processes for efficiency, safety, and quality control.
- Collaborate with insurance adjusters, vendors, and customers to resolve issues.
- Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the repair process.
- Assist with inventory management, ordering parts and materials as needed.
