About the Role:
We are seeking outgoing, energetic, and reliable Brand Ambassadors to represent our brand and deliver exceptional customer experiences. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of the company, engaging with the public to raise brand awareness, promote products or services, and drive customer interest and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the brand in a professional and enthusiastic manner at events, retail locations, and promotional activations
- Engage with potential customers to communicate key brand messages
- Distribute promotional materials and product samples
- Provide accurate information and answer questions about the brand's products or services
- Gather feedback and report customer insights to the marketing team
- Assist in setting up and taking down event displays or booths
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or promotions is an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outgoing personality with a passion for engaging people
- Strong organizational skills and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as required
- Bilingualism (French/English) is a must
