Position: Brand Ambassador
Location: Ottawa, ON
Schedule: Tuesday, July 1st – 11am – 7pm
About the Role:
We are seeking outgoing, energetic, and reliable Brand Ambassadors to represent our brand and deliver exceptional customer experiences. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of the company, engaging with the public to raise brand awareness, promote products or services, and drive customer interest and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Represent the brand in a professional and enthusiastic manner at events, retail locations, and promotional activations
2. Engage with potential customers to communicate key brand messages
3. Distribute promotional materials and product samples
4. Provide accurate information and answer questions about the brand's products or services
5. Gather feedback and report customer insights to the marketing team
6. Assist in setting up and taking down event displays or booths

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in customer service, sales, or promotions is an asset
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Outgoing personality with a passion for engaging people
4. Strong organizational skills and punctuality
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as required
7. Bilingualism (French/English) is a must
