Our client is looking for a dynamic Senior FP&A professional to take the reins on a 6-month contract in a complex, high-impact environment.

This role will drive the 2026 planning process, an intensive project with key milestones in September and final approval in November. They need someone who can take ownership, build relationships quickly, and ask the right questions to steer strategic financial decisions.


Our client is looking for a dynamic Senior FP&A professional to take the reins on a 6-month contract in a complex, high-impact environment.

This role will drive the 2026 planning process, an intensive project with key milestones in September and final approval in November. They need someone who can take ownership, build relationships quickly, and ask the right questions to steer strategic financial decisions.

The position spans three major business areas:

  • Operations – Overseeing critical functions and services
  • Commercial (Revenue) – Managing revenue streams like parking, retail, and other commercial activities
  • Development & Maintenance – Leading infrastructure projects, capital investments, and ongoing development

Ideal candidates will have experience in large, complex industries like national manufacturing, energy, or telecom (big infrastructure).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead financial planning & budgeting – Establish processes for operating and capital budgets, ensuring strategic alignment, timely execution, and high-quality output
  • Drive performance tracking & forecasting – Manage the budgeting, tracking, and forecasting of business unit performance, ensuring insightful decision support and strategic alignment
  • Enhance organizational reporting – Leverage data and analytics to improve financial planning, operational efficiency, and strategic execution
  • Support Treasury operations – Provide financial insights on cash flow, liquidity, investment planning, debt management, and financial risk mitigation
  • Collaborate on capital investment strategies – Partner with the finance capital projects team to align operational needs with long-term investment requirements

TMGCT


  • Masters Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related discipline
  • Accounting CPA designation
  • Self motivated and self directed
  • Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in complex, high-impact industries such as national manufacturing, energy, or telecom (big infrastructure)
  • Superior knowledge in MS Excel, creating and working with complex worksheets (macros, pivot tables)
  • Experience with ERP system
