Easton Place is a community-focused medical clinic in Selkirk, Manitoba, offering integrated healthcare services to patients across the region. We are seeking a Medical Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our multidisciplinary medical practice. This is a high-impact leadership role ideal for someone who is operationally savvy, strategically minded, and passionate about optimizing clinic performance. Reporting directly to clinic ownership, this person will help elevate the clinics service delivery,
marketing reach, and overall profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership
Lead the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring systems are efficient and aligned with clinic objectives.
Billing & Financial Oversight
Implement internal billing processes and manage financial procedures to improve revenue and streamline collections.
Staff & Physician Engagement
Support existing physicians and attract new talent by fostering a professional, communicative, and structured workplace.
Marketing & Community Outreach
Design and execute marketing initiatives to enhance the clinics local profile and attract new patients.
Process Improvement
Analyze current workflows and implement enhancements that improve patient scheduling, staffing, and service delivery.
Administrative Support
Take initiative on micro-level tasks to allow ownership to focus on strategic growth.
Policy Development
Contribute to the development and implementation of updated clinic policies and procedures.
