Love hostels and hostel life? We have an opening for a General Manager in our NewTorontolocation!

Located in the heart of Kensington, our property will be a destination for all backpackers staying inToronto.
We are looking for a General Manager who is enthusiastic about hostels to interview and begin training in August of 2025.
Responsibilities include:
- Hiring, training, and overseeing housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk staff
- Providing excellent customer service
- Creating and managing budgets
- Coordinating with marketing for online presence, local campaigns, and merchandising
- Creating and overseeing activities
- Developing and maintaining relationships with local vendors
- Supervising renovation projects

-General knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work is an asset
- Reviewing, balancing, and depositing weekly banking
- Weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting
- Assisting on the front deskand housekeeping departments as needed
- Managing inventory
Position is full-time with bonus potential and 3 weeks' annual holiday.
