Client Services Supervisor
Full-time, Contract role
Location: Mississauga

We're looking for a self-motivated Client Services Supervisor to support and guide a team of Personal Support Workers across Oakville, Milton, and Campbellville. At Closing the Gap, you'll build strong relationships, foster team success, and make a lasting impact in one of Ontario's largest healthcare organizations. What you will be doing:
- You will be responsible for the day-day management and coordination of the services your staff will provide to the community.
- You thrive on being a self-starter and can work well under minimal supervision.
- You can work in a team but are proven to be reliable while working independently.
- You are a problem solver at heart and when problems do arise you are able to find solutions and able to provide the best customer service possible.
- You are driven and thrive off delivering the best service possible to staff and clients.
Skills needed for success:
- A Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse with active registration and in good standing with College of Nurses of Ontario
- You are a highly energetic and enthusiastic individual who loves to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
- Solid background in a healthcare setting and comfortable in dealing with clients who have dynamic and complex cases.
- Highly organized and ability to multitask is essential for this position.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Supervisory or managerial experience is an asset but not required.
- Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
