Flash Electrical is hiring a Journeyman Electrician to join our high-performing team. We work on a wide range of commercial construction projects for clients like Ledcor, Quorex, Wright Construction, and Nutrien. We're known for delivering work that's done right, on time, and up to code—with a strong reputation built on integrity, safety, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and repair electrical systems, fixtures, panels, and equipment

• Interpret and work from drawings, blueprints, and electrical schematics

• Install raceway, cable tray, and other conduit systems

• Troubleshoot and repair control systems, lighting, and distribution systems

• Perform maintenance and inspections on electrical systems as needed

• Lead and support apprentices when assigned

• Follow company safety standards and maintain a clean, organized worksite

Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician Certification (Red Seal preferred)

• 3+ years of commercial or light industrial experience

• Proficient in reading blueprints and understanding electrical codes

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and takes ownership of their work

• Valid driver's license with a clean abstract
