Now Hiring: Intermediate Civil Engineer - Site Plan Team Supervisor
Location: Durham Region, ON | Full-Time, Permanent

• Lead and supervise the Site Plan Team on a wide range of civil engineering projects related to site plan applications, building permits, and site alteration permits

• Oversee and review grading plans, servicing designs, and stormwater management reports

• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and municipal officials to facilitate permit approvals and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff

• Support the preparation of proposals, project updates, and detailed engineering reports for stakeholders

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Ontario

• Minimum 5 years of civil engineering experience with a focus on site development

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant civil engineering design tools

• In-depth understanding of municipal and provincial development regulations

• Proven leadership and team management capabilities

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise with internal teams, clients, and municipal staff

• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking

• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently with minimal supervision
