Key Qualifications:

  • Currently residing in Canada
  • 1–2 years of experience as a Admin Role or similar roles in Immigration Industry
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for quality

Responsibilities:

  • Writing memos and managing correspondences
  • Creating invoices and managing receipts
  • Preparing spreadsheets and other related reports
  • Maintaining company files and databases
  • Purchasing office supplies and dealing with vendors and suppliers
  • Maintaining all office equipment such as printers, fax machines, and photocopiers
  • Delivering mail and sending faxes as needed
