We are seeking a Finance Manager who is passionate about making a meaningful impact through their work. This is an opportunity to bring your financial expertise to a mission-driven organization and be part of a management team that is deeply committed to hope, healing, and transformation.

What Youll Do
As our Finance Manager, you will:

• Oversee and continuously improve financial operations, from payroll to budgeting and audit prep
• Partner with senior leadership to guide financial strategy and long-term planning
• Supervise finance staff and support HR with financial insights
• Ensure compliance with funding agency, government, and audit requirements
• Maintain and leverage financial and donor management systems
• Provide timely, accurate financial reporting and insights to internal stakeholders

What Were Looking For

• CPA designation (or in progress) an asset and a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
• 35 years of financial management experience, preferably in the non-profit sector
• Experience with SAGE, Payworks, and donor management platforms is an asset
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• A desire to align with and support our Christian faith-based mission and values
