Associate Wealth Advisor
Our Calgary based client is seeking an experienced Associate Wealth Advisor to join their team. This role involves collaborating closely with peers and external professionals through the Integrated Advisory Professionals Network; delivering exceptional client experiences and fostering long-term relationships.
Your success will be defined by your ability to:

• Develop and maintain strong client and partner relationships
• Guide clients through investment suitability assessments, asset allocation, and portfolio construction discussions.
• Engage clients in comprehensive wealth planning discussions, working collaboratively with Planning and Risk teams to ensure thorough and updated Wealth Plans.
• Maintain detailed notes and documentation for all client- related activities, ensuring operational excellence and accuracy.
• Conduct regular client strategy sessions, deliver presentations to prospective clients, and ensure timely and positive client outreach throughout the year.
• Uphold all compliance and regulatory requirements, ensuring the highest standards of integrity and accountability.
• Work closely with members of the team and Integrated Advisory Professionals Network to ensure a high level of client care & experience.

Your strengths include:

• Degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related experience.
• CIM designation or CFA Level 1
• Must be able to register as an AAR (Associate Advising Representative) with the AB Securities Commissions.
• QAFP or CFP considered an asset.
• 2+ years of proven sales experience within the wealth management industry.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and a high level of integrity.
• Strong communicator with effortless presentation abilities and a natural aptitude for relationship building, collaboration, and networking.
• Availability for travel to partner firms.
