We've proven that crews handling broader scopes make more money and create better projects. Now we need someone who can find these people, show them the opportunity, and build teams that complement each other.

THE ROLE: You're not supervising daily work. You're building the teams:

  • Find skilled generalists who want to expand their scope
  • Match personalities and skills for maximum productivity
  • Explain our bonus system so crews see the opportunity
  • Build 3-4 integrated crews over next 6 months
  • Develop crew leaders who keep teams together

THE MONEY:

  • $30-35/hour base rate
  • Bonuses tied to crew performance (they succeed = you succeed)
  • Weekly pay every Friday
  • Full-time role building our crew network

YOU'RE PERFECT IF YOU:

  • Have built or led multi-trade crews before
  • Believe specialists are overrated

YOUR APPROACH TO CREW BUILDING:

  • Start with strong pairs (drywaller + painter)
  • Add complementary skills (flooring, trim)
  • Find people tired of driving between small jobs
  • Show them how integration = more money
  • Build trust by proving the system works

CRITICAL SKILLS:

  • Sell the vision to traditional tradespeople
  • Match personalities, not just skills
  • Explain incentive structures clearly
  • Recognize who wants to grow vs. stay narrow
  • Build crews that last, not just fill spots
