We are currently hiring full-time Customer Service Representatives for our fundraising office located near Toronto Pearson Airport. Our organization is a growing network of fundraising agencies with over 80 offices across Canada and the United States. We represent well-established charitable organizations and are committed to raising awareness and long-term support through face-to-face outreach.

This is a full-time, in-person position with scheduled hours from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Weekends are not required. Candidates must be 18 years of age or older and available to work from our GTA office location. We are seeking individuals who are professional, reliable, and enthusiastic about representing charitable causes to the public.

The role involves engaging directly with members of the public to share information, answer questions, and encourage ongoing support for the organizations we represent. Customer Service Representatives must maintain a positive and respectful attitude while communicating clearly and confidently. The position requires strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

No prior experience is required. We provide paid training and ongoing support to ensure all team members are well-prepared.
