• Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in Building Science or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in building science
• Experience in new construction or building envelope rehabilitation projects

Responsibilities:
The Project Manager will lead projects from conceptual design through to completion. Key duties include:

• Conducting site investigations and evaluating existing buildings
• Preparing technical reports and studies
• Designing systems for new construction and rehabilitation projects
• Performing and overseeing building condition assessments and field investigations (e.g., leak detection in roofs, walls, windows, and foundations)
• Managing projects, including contract administration and field reviews
• Developing and analyzing repair strategies
• Coordinating with other engineering and architectural professionals
• Providing oversight and training for junior staff

Salary Range: $90,000 – $120,000
