ABOUT THE ROLE

Were looking for a friendly and organized Administrative Assistant to join our Calgary team. Youll be the first point of contact for customers and visitors, support daily office operations, and help ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, embraces technology, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Answer phones, greet visitors, and respond to emails
  • Enter service inquiries and customer information into Monday.com
  • Provide general information or rough pricing to walk-ins
  • Process payments and prepare invoices using Method and Converge
  • Track receipts and reconcile the office credit card monthly
  • Submit timesheets and employee forms; assist with travel bookings
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate vehicle servicing
  • Support scheduling, recordkeeping, and general office organization

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Strong computer literacy; experience with platforms like Monday.com, Method, or Converge is an asset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Friendly, team-oriented approach with a focus on customer service
  • Strong time management and attention to detail
  • Previous experience in an admin, receptionist, or office support role preferred
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative
