Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise architecture strategy, solution design, and system transformation initiatives.
- Define migration roadmaps aligned with client needs, business goals, and emerging industry trends.
- Facilitate solution architecture discussions with platform architects, developers, business stakeholders, and technology teams.
- Produce detailed effort estimates, define scope, deliverables, and project timelines.
- Champion Agile, CI/CD, and modern DevOps practices in all client engagements.
- Mentor and lead cross-functional technical teams during design, development, and implementation phases.
- Contribute to the development of internal IP (intellectual property), frameworks, and best practices.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with expectations.
- Adapt quickly to evolving priorities, managing multiple engagements with a focus on quality outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in software development and architecture roles.
- At least 5 years of experience designing scalable, secure enterprise systems using Java or Microsoft technologies.
- Proficient in a variety of technologies, including:
- Languages/Frameworks: Java, C#, .NET, JavaScript, Angular, React
- APIs: REST, SOAP, JSON, XML
- Databases: SQL
- Cloud: AWS, Azure, GCP
- Strong experience with cloud-native development, deployment, and architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Deep understanding of API design, integration, and performance optimization.
- Hands-on experience with OpenShift, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
- Expertise in building and deploying solutions via CI/CD pipelines, with a strong grasp of Agile and DevOps principles.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience conducting solution reviews, roadmap planning, and architectural assessments.
- Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman.
- Cloud certifications required: AWS Solutions Architect (Associate or Professional).
