On behalf of our client, we are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join a busy and growing manufacturing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in precision, and is looking to build their skills in a supportive production environment.

• Operate and monitor a variety of machines, including CNC lathes, mills, and manual tools

• Follow production schedules and safety procedures

• Perform basic setup and tool adjustments with minimal supervision

• Interpret technical drawings and maintain quality standards

• Support cross-training efforts and assist in maintaining production flow

• Keep work areas clean and organized, following housekeeping and safety guidelines

• Minimum 2 years of CNC machining experience

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Basic understanding of machining processes, tooling, and materials

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

• Forklift experience is an asset

• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Hours:

• 8am - 5pm
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime as needed
