On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced CNC Lead/Supervisor to oversee production activities and support a team of skilled machinists. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who values precision, efficiency, and continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.

• Supervise day-to-day CNC operations and support machinists with setups and production runs

• Lead troubleshooting and optimization of CNC programs to improve productivity

• Ensure parts meet specifications through inspection and proper finishing techniques

• Support training and development of team members

• Maintain a safe, organized, and quality-focused work environment

• Minimum 10 years of experience operating and setting up CNC equipment

• Strong leadership skills with a collaborative mindset

• Working knowledge of CNC tooling, offsets, and machining processes

• Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and general quality practices

• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Windows)

• Dependable, detail-oriented, and quality-driven

Hours:

• 8:00am-5:00pm
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime as Needed
