Are you an experienced and skilled individual with a knack for operating equipment and leading a small team? Cobbold Landscaping is looking for a Landscape Foreman to join our growing crew. We need someone who can confidently drive a truck, operate a mini excavator, and master a stand-on mini track loader. While a foreman title suggests leadership, we're primarily seeking a reliable, hands-on professional to tackle daily tasks and ensure projects run smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain various landscaping equipment, including but not limited to: trucks, mini excavators, and stand-on mini track loaders.
• Drive company vehicles to and from job sites, ensuring safe transport of equipment and materials.
• Perform a variety of landscaping tasks, which may include grading, digging, material hauling, and general site preparation.
• Assist with the installation of hardscapes, softscapes, and other landscape features.
• Work efficiently and effectively to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
• Ensure tools and equipment are properly cleaned, stored, and maintained.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience operating a mini excavator and a stand-on mini track loader.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience driving trucks, especially with trailers.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Reliable and punctual with a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Physical ability to perform demanding outdoor tasks in various weather conditions.
• Knowledge of basic landscaping techniques and practices is a plus.
