• Performs effective Project Planning to prioritize / deprioritize features in order to meet timelines.
• Facilitate meetings with development team, Stakeholders, and leadership to drive sound business & project decisions.
Responsibilities
- Business Analysts manage and interpret data to help drive sound business decisions in their respective functional area.
- Performs effective Project Planning to meet timelines and budgets.
- Manages project(s) per the plan; optimizes schedule and budget conformance.
- Reviews delivered reports for data accuracy.
- Effectively manages Project Issues and Risks. Gathers and communicates Project Status clearly and regularly.
- Proposes resolutions for quality issues of limited scope to more senior level analysts / supervisor and escalates complex quality issues to supervisor or senior staff for resolution.
- Understands more broadly how systems relationships and data flow impact data quality.
- Working directly with business stakeholders, designs a wide variety of moderately complex reports and some complex reports using data from one or multiple systems to specifications.
- Delivers report in format to aid stakeholders outside the functional area (PowerPoint, PDF, etc).
- Uses business acumen to look beyond the data to generate recommendations for a wide variety of moderately complex problems to review directly with business stakeholders.
