Our client, a growing and respected electrical contracting company, is looking for a Licensed Electrician ready to level up into a dynamic leadership and project management role. • Lead residential and light commercial electrical projects from initiation through completion.

• Manage all on-site activities, timelines, and ensure quality workmanship.

• Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, inspectors, and internal teams.

• Coordinate materials, equipment, and inspections efficiently.

• Supervise and mentor junior electricians and apprentices.

• Ensure all work complies with ESA and CEC regulations.

• Contribute ideas and improvements to support operational growth.

• A valid Ontario 309A Certificate of Qualification.

• 5+ years of experience in residential or commercial electrical work.

• Proven ability to manage job sites and client expectations independently.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• A valid Ontario driver's license.

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience (preferred).

• Comfort with basic digital tools and scheduling apps.
