What You'll Be Doing
- Managing calendars, client meetings, and internal appointments (Zoom, in-person, screen share setup)
- Handling email communication with professionalism and clarity
- Preparing and organizing paperwork, insurance applications, and client folders
- Coordinating small insurance and investment applications as needed
- Assisting with in-house expense tracking and basic data entry
- Supporting the team with general office tasks and process updates
- Embracing and using AI tools and platforms to streamline repetitive work

Who You Are
- A strong communicator with proficient spoken and written English
- Confident using email, Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and Zoom
- Can type quickly and accurately
- Organized and dependable—you like checklists, calendars, and systems
- You're open to learning new tools (including AI-based tools)
- A team player who's proactive and reliable
- Detail-oriented with a basic understanding of office expense management
Nice-to-Haves
- Previous experience in financial services, insurance, or professional admin support
- Familiarity with CRM tools or data entry systems
- Interest in growing within the wealth management space
