Requirements

• License to practice pharmacy in Ontario
• Minimum 2 years of pharmacy experience
• Proven ability to lead, organize, and manage pharmacy staff
• Deep understanding of drug interactions, medication therapy, and patient care protocols
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily pharmacy operations to ensure accurate, efficient medication dispensing
• Organize and manage staff schedules, hiring, and performance
• Provide professional advice, education, and counseling to patients
• Perform MedsChecks and deliver other professional pharmacy services
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company procedures
