We are actively seeking experienced and reliable Forklift Operators for our Brampton, Mississauga, Vaughan and Etobicoke warehouse facilities. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals who have a strong track record of safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a warehouse environment with 2 years of experience. Please note: These are upcoming roles for future start dates. Only candidates who meet the experience requirements below will be considered.
Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate one or more of the following forklifts: Counterbalance (with or without attachments), Crown Reach, Reverse Reach, Double Deep Reach, Cherry Picker (Order Picker), or Electric Pallet Jack (ECP).
• Accurately pick and stage orders according to packing slips and company procedures.
• Receive incoming shipments and verify accuracy against documentation.
• Put away products in designated racking systems, including push-back racking.
• Perform quality checks and support inventory control activities to maintain stock accuracy.
• Manually shrink-wrap pallets to secure loads and prep skids for transport.
• Load and unload trucks using forklift and pallet jack equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety guidelines.
• Complete required paperwork,k including logs, shipping records, and inventory forms.
• Support general warehouse functions as assigned by supervisors or team leads.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience is required
• Minimum 1 year of recent forklift operation experience is required
• Valid forklift certification compliant with Ontario safety standards
• Comfortable lifting up to 50–60 lbs and standing for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe practices
• Familiarity with RF scanners, warehouse documentation, and computer systems
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work independently

Equipment Experience Preferred

• Counterbalance forklift (gas or electric)
• Crown reach and reverse reach forklift
• Double deep reach forklift
• Cherry picker / Order picker
• Electric pallet jack (ECP)
• Familiarity with push-back racking systems is an asset

• Pay: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour (based on experience and location)
