If you are looking for a great place to work and you have experience in the administrative side of the dental business, don't look anymore, reach out to us because we are HIRING a full-time Dental Administrator/ Receptionist at Crowsnest Dental. Responsibilities: * Check the daily schedule for accuracy and opportunities. * Optimizes Clinic appointment book to achieve weekly and monthly revenue budgets through treatment plan monitoring, patient information flow, and continuous patient contact * Provide the clinic with administrative and practical support when requested. * Establish and facilitate long-term patient relationships * Gather and accurately record medical, personal, and insurance information from patients; ensure this information is updated for existing patients. * Accurately file patient information, seeing that records are stored securely and handled in compliance with privacy and security regulations. * Manage recall and inactive patient system. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: * 1 year of previous dental administration experience. * Good interpersonal and verbal skills to maintain effective rapport with patients, dentists, other staff members, and community; a team player. * Customer service or patient relations experience; conflict resolution experience. * Able to adapt to and drive office policy improvements (office is constantly striving for improved customer care/service). * Experience working with a dental software is preferred but not required.
