Summary:


This main responsibility will be to have excellent customer service skills to ensure a great customer experience while also generating service appointments through database follow-up and customer service follow up. Additionally, this individual will also purify all dealership data bases.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Be very proficient in the understanding and use of the dealer management computer system.

  • Answer incoming service appointment calls for franchised dealerships.

  • Set appointments for customers for their vehicles at the dealership they request the appointment at.

  • Make outbound calls to the customer database for Customers due for maintenance

  • Customers on any follow-up lists as directed by management.

  • Log all appointments and follow-up activity

  • Confirm Customer Appointments 24 hours in advance for the dealerships.

  • Make outbound calls to Customers who have had work done to solicit feedback.

  • Make outbound calls to ensure Customers complete CSI questionnaires.

  • Assist BDC team with mail campaigns including helping to print and mail monthly

  • mailouts.

  • Liaise with Service personnel as required.

  • Complete all BDC “Tasks” daily

  • Attend any training activities as required

  • Any other required duties as laid out by Management.

  • Additional duties as assigned by management.

Ideal Requirements:

  • Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills

  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers via phone, email, text, and in person

  • Exceptional phone skills, including handling incoming, outgoing, and cold calls

  • Proficient in typing and computer/technology use

  • Strong customer service and follow-up skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

  • Eagerness to learn and continuously improve
