Now Hiring: Magical Executive Assistant (aka Office Fairy Apprentice)

Our General Manager known as the Fairy Godmother here at the hotel is on a noble quest to find a magical apprentice to join our enchanted realm. She makes wishes come true daily, but even fairy godmothers need a helping wand now and then.

Are you the kind of person who can wave a metaphorical wand and make calendars align, chaos settle, and projects sparkle? Were searching for a magically-minded Executive Assistant to support our team someone organized, proactive, and maybe just a little bit enchanted.

Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept):

  • Keep the office (and key leaders) running like clockwork or better, like a finely tuned enchanted carriage.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate events with the grace of someone whos mastered time-turning.
  • Handle email correspondence, document prep, and other day-to-day tasks with clarity and a touch of charm.
  • Conjuring training sessions and follow-up gatherings with seamless scheduling magic, ensuring everyone is exactly where they need to be (with minimal time-turner usage).
  • Receiving concerns like a calm oracle, sorting and prioritizing them.
  • Uplifting crew culture and morale by sprinkling joy, encouragement, and thoughtful support into every team initiative.
  • Summoning and organizing data, statistics, and project details
    spreadsheet sorcery at its finest.
  • Lending your wand (and brainpower) to the HR team, offering steady support as projects evolve and grow.
  • Gently nudging departments and managers with timely reminders and check-ins like a friendly spell that keeps tasks on track.
  • Providing administrative magic through research, note-taking, and multitasking wizardry the kind that makes How did this get done already? a common phrase.
  • Assisting with special projects as they appear ready to leap into action like a magical sidekick with a perfectly organized to-do list.

What You Bring to the Magic Circle:

  • Proven experience in administrative or executive support roles.
  • A natural talent for organization, prioritization, and solving problems before they become problems.
  • Strong communication skills verbal, written, and maybe even telepathic.
  • Comfort with common office tools (Microsoft Office, etc.)
  • Positivity, discretion, and a sense of humor (or at least tolerance for office puns and spontaneous sparkles).
