Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Intern to support a range of administrative, logistical, and inventory-related tasks. The ideal candidate will be organized, adaptable, and eager to learn how a high-functioning office environment operates. This is a 12-week, full-time contract role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support data entry and contact management in FileMaker, including tagging, removing outdated entries, and updating contact information.
- Conduct equipment and branded collateral inventory across office and storage spaces.
- Organize IT rooms, reset and decommission outdated computers, and assist with tech-related tasks like printer or equipment moves.
- Maintain order in office supply storage areas.
- Assist with donation coordination for unneeded items.
- Help prepare for all-staff events and social committee activities.
- Participate in logistical tasks and assist with special projects as needed.
Qualifications
Required
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Comfort with basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Willingness to support physical tasks (e.g., moving supplies, sorting inventory).
- Attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Preferred
- Experience with inventory software or databases (e.g., FileMaker).
- Interest in operations, facilities, or office administration.
- Basic technical literacy with IT equipment (e.g., printers, laptops).
