Landscape Construction – Lead Hand

We are hiring an experienced Landscape Construction Lead Hand who is able to successfully lead a team and help ensure that we continue to succeed in maintaining long-lasting client relationships through our quality work.

The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys the satisfaction of a quality landscape construction project, loves to lead a great team, and works well under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• The successful applicant must have experience in a variety of hard and soft landscaping skills, including the following:
• Steps, patios, and walls
• Outdoor kitchens, pavilions, cabanas, and pergolas
• Stonework including outdoor fireplaces, water features, and other designs
• Driveways
• Pools
• Landscape lighting
• Grading and sodding
• Planting and mulching
• Other assigned duties

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a similar landscaping position
• Strong team leader
• Ability to work independently
• Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Excellent time management skills and strong analytical abilities.
• Organized and results-oriented

The successful applicant will be entitled to a total compensation plan including an excellent wage, health benefits, and a bonus plan. Wages are very competitive and negotiated fairly based on experience, ability, and attitude.
