Primetime Paint & Paper is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Paint Mixer to join our dynamic team. We are a proud Benjamin Moore retailer, serving contractors, designers, and homeowners with top-quality products and expert service. Key Responsibilities:

• Expertly tint and mix paint using Benjamin Moore systems

• Match and adjust custom colours as per client specifications

• Maintain and calibrate tinting equipment regularly

• Assist customers and contractors with product recommendations and technical advice

• Organize and restock tinting area and related inventory

• Work closely with the sales and operations team to ensure a smooth workflow

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years' experience mixing paint (preferably with Benjamin Moore)

• Strong understanding of colour matching and tinting techniques

• Familiarity with tinting software and POS systems

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively

• Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work all store hours as scheduled

Hours of Operation:

• Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Sunday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
