A Day in the life:
In the role of Invoice Administrator, the primary responsibilities include ensuring the accuracy of customer invoices, the upkeep of customer files, customer portal data input, issuing credit memos, warranty invoicing, email and phone communications, processing customer payments, and general support of the Accounts Receivable team. this position is 100% in-person. Our branch is located at 505 Apple Creek Boulevard in Markham.
What you will bring:
- Proven experience with invoicing
- Portal experience is an asset
- Payroll experience/ or balancing time sheets is an asset
- Experience with MS Outlook and Excel
- Ability to multitask, strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
