Total Restoration Services - Vernon is a locally owned and operated full-service restoration company which provides emergency response 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We take great pride in providing a necessary service for our community, while also delivering professional and compassionate experience for our clients.

A Project Manager Assistant (PMA) is responsible for assisting the project management team with the procurement, administration, coordination and successful completion of projects. This involves communication with our clients, vendors and our internal team.

What can you offer our team?
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships.
Must be organized, be self-motivated, have a strong ability to multi-task, attention to detail and have a desire to learn new things.

Work 40 hours per week (overtime if required)
Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Able to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing.

Practical Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

Experience working in an office setting

Job Duties:

Assist in the management of a restoration project from start to finish.

Ensure work orders, internal documentation are entered correctly and meet specific timelines.

Monitor progress, identify potential concerns, and implement actions as necessary to ensure milestones are met.

Assist with administrative duties and phase updates to all parties.

Organize trades and other parties, while keeping track in a schedule system for the team.

Communication with clients, keeping them involved throughout the project.

Create invoices, and process payments.

Ensure customer satisfaction certificates are received and documented.

Assist with back up to reception when required.

Assets:

Advanced knowledge of restoration/construction software including Xactimate, Xactanalysis, and Microsoft Office programs. (Not a requirement, training will also be provided to candidates selected with no previous experience)

Working conditions:

Office environment, sitting at a desk and computer, some standing, bending, and reaching required. Must be able to lift at least 20 lbs. Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals.
