Salary: $45,000 annual

We are seeking a proactive Coordinator, Ticketing Operations to join our Ticketing team. You will assist with configuring, maintaining, and customizing our ticketing systems, including building ticket packages for matches and events, managing price codes and fees, and maintaining inventory. You will also optimize online ticketing portals, process ticket requests, collaborate with internal stakeholders, prepare reports, and provide technical support to ensure smooth ticketing operations.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the configuration, maintenance and customization of ticketing systems and platforms, including:
    • Builds for ticket packages, matches, special events, and other products.
    • Manage the programming, set up of price codes, discount qualifiers and fees as necessary throughout the season to support various sales and marketing initiatives.
    • Help to control and maintain inventory for events, packages and promotions.
    • Optimize online ticketing portals and third-party sales integrations.
  • Organize and process of ticket requests and orders.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments to ensure a seamless ticketing experience from planning to execution and ongoing support.
  • Prepare reports and data lists to support ticketing.
  • Provide technical support for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth operation of our ticketing systems.

Qualifications/Experience:

In addition to bringing a commitment to Vancouver Whitecaps FC vision and values, the ideal candidate will require a broad base of account management knowledge with degrees of demonstrated experience as follows:

  • Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven experience in configuring, maintaining, and customizing ticketing systems and platforms.
  • Strong ability to manage price codes, discount qualifiers, fees, and inventory with precision
  • Skilled in optimizing online ticketing portals and integrating third-party sales systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills to process ticket requests and orders efficiently.
  • Ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders across departments to ensure seamless ticketing operations.
