We're looking for a Sales Associate to join our team in a diamond tool retail environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers find the right products, maintaining a clean and organized retail space, and supporting day-to-day store operations.

If you have experience with WordPress or graphic design, that's a bonus — you may assist with basic website updates or creating product flyers as part of your role!

What You'll Do:

• Greet and assist customers in-store, helping them select the right diamond tools for their needs.
• Provide knowledgeable product recommendations and excellent customer service.
• Maintain organized displays, restock shelves, and ensure the store is clean and professional at all times.
• Handle sales transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Support inventory management by receiving, labeling, and organizing new stock.
• Assist with updating product info on our website using WordPress.
• Help design simple product flyers or digital content if you have graphic design skills.

What We're Looking For:

• Diploma or equivalent qualification, or higher
• Friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn about diamond tools and customer needs.
• Ability to lift and move products as needed (some physical activity involved).
• Basic computer skills required; experience with POS systems is a plus.
• (Bonus) Familiarity with WordPress for basic website updates.
• (Bonus) Experience with Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools.
