- Review and verify incoming graphic assets and specifications from internal teams and partners.
- Build layout files to the final size based on elevation drawings and project scope.
- Set up and prepare sample files and production files in Adobe Illustrator for print on materials such as vinyl, MDF, and glass.
- Follow and contribute to an established colour match process to ensure accurate reproduction.
- Troubleshoot graphics that do not meet print or colour standards and provide actionable recommendations.
- Coordinate with project managers and partners to resolve layout or scope issues, including handling scope changes that affect graphics.
- Prepare final press-ready artwork files and ensure proper bleed, alignment, and resolution.
- Assist in documenting and refining the standard operating procedure (SOP) for print file preparation.
- Support post-print quality checks and production verification steps.
- Assist with general team tasks, including Finishes and product support.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Acrobat, AutoCAD, and familiarity with production file standards.
- Strong understanding of colour theory and experience with colour matching for print.
- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to file preparation.
- Experience working with various print materials and substrates (glass, vinyl, MDF preferred).
- Comfortable working with proofing processes and digital mockups.
- Effective communicator and team player with the ability to coordinate across departments.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving production environment.
