Your RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Logistics Administrator to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing sales and freight documentation, maintaining accurate cost tracking, and supporting the logistics and finance teams with timely and accurate reporting. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth operations, compliance, and effective communication between departments.Day to Day
  • Order entry using ERP system (Agrosoft)
  • Costing accrual entry and management as it relates to bulk vessel orders
  • Freight invoice processing for bulk vessel shipments, truck, and rail
  • Work closely with accounts payable to ensure timely bulk vessel payments
  • Maintain freight accruals and perform monthly assessment
  • Work with merchandizing department to ensure accurate invoicing of bulk cargo
  • Document management for audit purpose
  • Contract entry to support GMP+ compliance
  • Track freight invoices on behalf of transportation team
  • B13 entries into Canadian Export Reporting System (CERS) portal
  • Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
  • Experience with logistics coordination, freight, or supply chain support is preferred
  • Familiarity with systems like Agrosoft or similar ERP tools is an asset
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working with numbers and verifying financial data
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
  • Solid communication and teamwork skills
