About the Role:
Digitail is looking for a Head of Marketing to build and lead the marketing function from the ground up. This is a high-impact leadership role suited for someone who thrives in fast-paced, startup environments and has deep experience in scaling B2B SaaS marketing engines. You'll be responsible for designing and executing a marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. Your work will directly contribute to growth goals by increasing website traffic, attracting high-quality leads, and reinforcing Digitail's position as an industry leader. You'll work cross-functionally with product, engineering, CX, and sales to create a unified go-to-market engine.
- Build and execute an integrated marketing strategy focused on both acquisition and expansion.
- Establish reporting frameworks to track performance across key metrics: SQLs, pipeline generation, conversion rates, ROI, and more.
- Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social, content, conferences, digital).
- Own SEO and website strategy to drive inbound traffic and improve search visibility.
- Strengthen brand positioning through storytelling, content, partnerships, and PR.
- Collaborate with sales to deliver materials that accelerate pipeline velocity and improve win rates.
- Launch and grow the Digitail community, including events, podcast, and academy initiatives.
- Work with product and engineering to refine tech stack (analytics, automation, CRM).
- Manage external partners (agencies, influencers, thought leaders) to increase brand reach.
- Hire, mentor, and grow a world-class marketing team.
Requirements
- 8+ years of marketing experience, in a fast-paced B2B SaaS start-up environment.
- Proven track record launching and scaling marketing functions from 0 to 1 (and beyond).
- Deep understanding of demand generation, content strategy, SEO, and analytics.
- Strong command of marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Highly data-driven: confident working in spreadsheets, analyzing funnels, and optimizing performance.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and shifting priorities.
- A strategic thinker who can also roll up their sleeves and execute.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
