We are currently looking for a Casual Medical Reception Admin for a client in the North end of Guelph. This is a casual position for a Walk-in Clinic on Silvercreek. The individual must be flexible to work days, evenings and weekends as needed. Hours of operation are between 9AM-8PM. Looking for positive attitude, and an interest in health care. This job is not open to students. Job duties include but not limited to: - Greeting patient in a professionally and efficient manner - Answer phones and manage requests in a professional manner - Processing daces, emails - Maintaining patient privacy and confidentiality - Create and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere - Assisting doctors when needed Qualifications - Diploma in Medical Office Administration (an asset) - Experience with OSCAR EMR is a strong asset - 1 year of medical office experience is a strong asset, previous working experience is necessary - Expectational Customer Service Wage is $18-20 or higher depending on experience.
