This position involves answering the phone as well as walk-in customers. We have a shipping department that can take orders from this department. We need someone french speaking. We sell a wide list of products that require some technical knowledge so a willingness to learn and an ability to retain details is going to be very important. The position can grow to be more than your typical customer service agent if willing to take on more work and the pay will grow accordingly.
