- Lead Investor Engagement: Act as the primary contact for institutional and high-net-worth investors, delivering updates on project performance and market trends to build trust.
- Drive Fundraising: Create pitch decks and investor reports to secure debt and equity financing for transformative developments.
- Foster Relationships: Cultivate partnerships with investors and joint-venture partners, aligning with JD's sustainable vision.
- Support Due Diligence: Coordinate investor inquiries and due diligence to ensure efficient capital-raising.
2. Real Estate Finance & Underwriting
- Underwrite Financing: Analyze CMHC and conventional debt and equity investments, assessing budgets and market data.
- Monitor Risks: Track portfolio risks and performance to safeguard investor returns.
- Align Reporting: Collaborate with asset management to integrate performance metrics into investor reports.
3. Market Analysis & Performance Tracking
- Research Trends: Analyze real estate sectors and macroeconomic factors to inform strategies.
- Track Performance: Monitor investments, comparing outcomes to projections for investor updates.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Structure Transactions: Partner with finance and legal teams to ensure compliant deal structures.

Qualifications & Skills
