This role involves a variety of tasks including interviewing, onboarding, reviewing online applications, social media and more. What's Offered

· 22.00/hr. + (Depending on experience)

· In Office, Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

Key Responsibilities:

· Review online applications, screen resumes and book interviews

· Candidate searches using job boards and social media

· Associate onboarding

· Conduct interviews with industrial, skilled trades and office service applicants

· Reference verifications

· Support clients with any inquiries

· Manage and maintain social media pages and company websites

· Processing of weekly associate payroll

· Other duties assigned by the team

Qualifications:

· Post secondary education in Business Management or Human Resources

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Exceptional MS Office skills and experience with social media

· Enjoy working with the public

· Team player

· Reliable transportation is a must
