At Aqua Fast Flush, youll be the go-to techacross a fleet of vac trucks, flushers, pickups, and service vehicles. You wont be buried in a crowded shop. You wont be stuck managing a team of ten. Its you, one junior mechanic, a clean system, and the keys to run it your way.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Diagnose, service, and repair our fleet of trucks and support vehicles (light to heavy-duty)
• Take charge of preventative maintenance scheduling
• Track jobs, repairs, and costs using theMonday.complatform
• Coach and support one junior mechanic (no babysitting here)
• Work directly with operations to minimize downtime and keep crews rolling

What Were Looking For:

• 310T or 310S Truck & Coach Technician license(required)
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Pride in your work and your workspace
• Comfortable working solo, but open to growing into leadership
• Able to manage your day with minimal oversight

Compensation & Expectations:

• Salary:$100,000$120,000 per year (based on experience)
• Schedule:44 hours/week + OT as needed
• After-hours or weekend work possible when required (with OT pay)
• Company truck + tools + digital maintenance platform provided
