Are you friendly and a self-proclaimed organizational guru? Numbercrunch is a fast-growing Entrepreneur Support Services and we're looking for an ambitious administrative superhero to join our team to support our clients.
You are an energetic person who loves to help others and feels there is no admin task that is too big or too small to take on. You'll be reporting to the Owners eager to save them time and provide clients with amazing customer service. You multitask like a pro and are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced working environment. You have confidence and a willingness to learn from others. You may not have too much work experience under your belt yet but are ambitious.
On the job you'll be juggling in no time: supporting multiple companies, answering customers service calls, new customer inquiries and set up, showing facilities to potential clients, arranging daily deliveries, running errands (must have a car), managing office and collections duties.
You'll already be a whiz at using email, word, excel, and maybe have used Quickbooks in the past too. In your spare time, you know your way around Social Media too.
Office Duties
- Customer Service (answering incoming calls)
- Greeting visitors
- Executive assistant support (arranging calendars, setting up meetings, etc)
- Managing office supplies
- Running errands (must have license and automobile)
- Processing online orders and payments
- Preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Collection Duties
- Reaching out to collect on overdue accounts
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all correspondence
- Monitor multiple accounts to identify outstanding debts
- Pick up payments from the local customers as required
- Take actions to encourage timely debt payments
- Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the collection policies, standards, procedures and guidelines overall

Education / Experience Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma
- On-the-job experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word Etc.)
- Previous experience in providing fantastic customer service
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
