What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be at the forefront of our mission, working directly with customers and representing some of the most impactful brands. You'll educate customers on various programs and campaigns, ensuring they understand all program details and policies. You'll attend client-provided territories, engage in meaningful face-to-face conversations, and build strong customer relationships. Processing payments via credit card, void cheques, and direct deposits will be part of your daily routine, along with completing paperwork accurately to ensure smooth transactions. You'll also take part in daily team meetings, training workshops, and networking events to continuously develop your skills.

Work Schedule & Compensation

This position is full-time, Monday to Friday, from 12 PM to 9 PM, with no weekend shifts. Compensation includes a competitive base salary plus bonuses, with higher pay offered to those with prior experience.
