About the Role:

The Senior Manager, Field Development and Communications will lead Field engagement while overseeing and providing direction to the Canadian Field Development and Communication team. This bilingual role (English/French) will play a key part in our growth initiatives.

Reports to: Vice President and General Manager, Arbonne Canada

Department: Field Development (Sales/Marketing)

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Development:

  • Manage field development programs (field incentives, promotions and event training content) to increase field engagement, productivity and leadership development.
  • Support Arbonne Canada's KPI & OKR goals through strategic planning and execution of initiatives as approved by VP&GM in alignment with global goals.
  • Identify and develop strategies to increase sales, monthly promotions, and Independent Consultant retention.
  • Design and execute field event training initiatives (virtual and live).
  • Develop and manage the Field Development budget.
  • Collaborate with our top field leaders to identify and prepare talent for event presentations while serving as a key liaison between field and corporate to ensure optimal communication.
  • Lead a task force dedicated to planning Field Events.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute monthly virtual VP Connect (Zoom), including IC Vice President-level recognition.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Operations teams in Canada and globally to launch initiatives that support sales growth and field engagement.
  • Work cross-functionally with Events team, sourcing speakers, creating agendas and show flows, overseeing speaker script compliance, developing PowerPoint presentations, and ensuring accurate simultaneous translation aligned with Arbonne terminology and culture.
  • Ensure consistent and compelling messaging across all field-facing communication channels (email, app, social media etc.).
  • Oversee field recognition in partnership with Events Manager, ensuring accuracy to incentivize performance.
  • Partner with Legal teams (BEST) to validate corporate promotions, incentives, website updates, and special programs.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in network marketing or direct selling with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Fluent in English and French.
  • Proven experience in developing internal team, ICs, training and strategic communications.
  • Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills, comfortable presenting to large audiences (live and virtual).
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Proven people-leader.
