About the Role:

We're looking for a Legal Contracts Manager to join us on a 9-month parental leave contract. In this role, you'll support our Sales team by reviewing, negotiating, and managing a variety of commercial agreements. You'll play a key part in enabling deal flow, ensuring compliance with data privacy and regulatory standards, and maintaining efficient contract processes.

What You'll Doing as a Legal Contracts Manager

  • Sales Enablement & Support:
    • Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize company contracts, including vendor, sales, partnership, and reseller agreements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
    • Serve as a liaison with internal and external parties to facilitate and support contract negotiations and engagements effectively.
    • Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand their needs and provide timely and accurate contract support.
    • Identify, assess, and escalate potential legal and business risks related to sales contracts to enable timely mitigation and resolution.
    • Organize and maintain sales contracts systematically, establishing efficient workflows for the contract lifecycle and client management processes.
    • Ensure compliance with contract terms and relevant regulations throughout the contract lifecycle.
    • Share documentation and knowledge related to sales contracts to support key projects and provide updates on progress and outcomes.

    • Follow organizational policies, legal requirements, and information security standards as directed by your leader, HR, Finance, Information Security, Legal, and other teams to align individual contributions with company frameworks.
    • Identify and suggest improvements to workflows, tools, policies, and processes to enhance team efficiency, scalability, and success, ensuring alignment with operational goals.
    • Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, regulatory changes, and best practices, adapting strategies to ensure compliance, organizational stability, and a competitive edge.
    • Travel as needed to represent the organization, support team initiatives, and maintain alignment across departments
What We're Looking For

  • Contracts Expertise: 4+ years experience in drafting service contracts, contract management, corporate governance, and compliance - ideally within a SaaS or technology-focused organization.
  • Risk Management: Strong ability to identify, assess, and escalate risks with actionable recommendations.
  • Contract and Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with international contract law, information security standards, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work effectively with executives and external parties, fostering trust and transparency.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and ability to develop and manage efficient workflows and documentation systems.
  • Communication and Negotiation Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft policies and negotiate contracts confidently.
  • Data Privacy Familiarity: Strong knowledge and understanding of the application of data protection laws.
  • Proactive and Adaptable: Quick learner with the ability to anticipate challenges and adjust strategies dynamically.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Law or Business Law is required.
