Duration: 6-month contract with long-term opportunity
Compensation: $4,000-8,000/month + performance bonuses

The Opportunity

We're completing a 6 unit apartments in 6 months in Halifax. We need someone to turn this into must-watch content that actually gets views.

Full creative control. Real budget. No corporate interference.

What You'll Do

• Film our construction site 4-5 days per week
• Create long-form videos(15-30 min)
• Cut short-form clips for Instagram/TikTok
• Make construction as addictive as those manufacturing videos everyone watches
• Own the entire content pipeline from filming to posting

What We Need to See

• Videos you've made with most views
• Proven ability to maintain high retention on longer videos
• Portfolio showing construction/renovation/process content
• Your own camera equipment (we'll cover additional needs)
• Strong editing skills in Premiere/Final Cut/DaVinci

Performance Bonuses

• $10k for any video over 1M views
• $2k for any video over 100k views
• Monthly bonus based on total channel growth
