We are seeking a CWB Welder/Fabricator/Fitter to become an integral part of our growing team! This role involves a variety of custom tasks, including fabricating telecommunication towers and accessories. Welding, fabricating structural steel components, and ensuring proper fit and alignment of structural elements are among the things required.

Requirements:

• Fitting, welding, and fabrication of small to large scale jobs
• Moving of material and finished products with forklifts
• Proper maintenance of welding equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Accurately measure and cut metal materials.
• Perform various welding techniques (e.g., GMAW, SMAW, MIG) to construct and assemble metal structures.
• Ensure welds meet required quality standards and specifications.
• Fabricate and assemble structural components, including weldments, brackets, frames, and other metal parts.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools to prepare and manipulate materials for welding and fabrication.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
