Join BMW Sarnia as a Marketing Manager (12-month contract) and lead our local marketing efforts with creativity, strategy, and a passion for luxury. You'll drive campaigns, create compelling content, and represent the BMW brand in the community—all while supporting sales and service goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Development: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns for sales, service, and brand growth, aligned with BMW standards.
  • Content Creation: Produce high-quality video, photography, and social media content to engage local audiences and reflect BMW's luxury image.
  • Digital Strategy: Manage website updates, SEO, digital ads (Google, Meta), email campaigns, and third-party listings to drive leads.
  • Community Partnerships: Build local relationships with businesses, charities, and organizations to create co-branded events and grow brand awareness.
  • Event Marketing: Plan and promote dealership events like launches, test drives, and seasonal experiences.
  • Brand & Content Oversight: Ensure all creative and messaging aligns with BMW brand guidelines, working with designers and content partners.
  • Performance Tracking: Use tools like Google Analytics and CRM dashboards to track KPIs, evaluate campaigns, and adjust strategies.
  • Cross-Department Support: Coordinate with sales and service teams to align marketing with business priorities.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in marketing, communications, or related field
  • Strong skills in content creation, social media, and digital tools (Google Ads, Meta, SEO, email platforms)
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
  • Ability to create brand-aligned, high-impact campaigns
  • Collaborative mindset with attention to detail and brand integrity
  • Event planning or CRM experience is an asset
