REGIONAL SALES MANAGER - managing a sales team in Eastern Ontario - role may be based in GTA region or anywhere in Eastern Ontario. This position requires travel.

Responsibilities:
Eastern Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving results with a highly effective sales team by planning, organizing, coaching, developing, and empowering the team to succeed:
- Lead and develop a team of sales representatives, coaching them to achieve and exceed targets.
- Drive sales within the 'Building Construction Industry', growing relationships and securing new business.
- Work closely with branch managers and their team of customer service, warehouse, and showroom teams, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Execute a strategic sales plan, identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities.
- Analyze sales and customer data to drive sound business decisions.
- Negotiate deals, and support the team with hands-on leadership, ensuring a high quality customer experience.
Requirements:
- Sales & Leadership – Proven ability to lead teams, drive accountability, and inspire high performance.
- Negotiations – Strong deal-making skills with the ability to secure high-value contracts.
- Strategic & Analytical Thinker – Ability to adapt to a changing sales landscape and implement new approaches.
- Industry Experience – Experience within 'Building Construction Industry' an asset.
- Change Leader – Able to shift mindsets, influence behaviour, and elevate sales performance.
- Strong computer skills, experience utilizing business analytics
- Travel required mainly across Eastern and Northern Ontario; also some travel for tradeshows
